Frequently Asked Questions; FAQs
What are presale codes and how can I get one to purchase tickets?
Presales are special early-bird sales held by the event organizer. Some tickets are made available to a certain group of fans before the general public, usually to recognize those in fan clubs and customer loyalty programs. Here are a few examples of presales and how you can get access:
Venue Pre-sales: Certain venues may host presales. If your favourite theatre or comedy club has a mailing list or newsletter, be sure to sign up to see if it offers early access to ticket
Credit Card Pre-sales: Credit card companies or banks — like American Express, Citibank, and Chase — may offer their Card Members presales for shows as a perk for being a customer. You may already have access to some of these sales, so check with your credit card company for any benefits and/or assistance in shopping for live events.
Fan Club Pre-sale: There are perks to being a devoted fan. Fan clubs and artist/team communities often give their members presale access to recognize loyalty. Check out the websites of your favourite performers and teams to see how you can participate and take full advantage of your fan hood.

I bought seats at the on-sale, but now better seats are available, can I switch? And why does this happen?
We are not able to process exchanges for our concerts or events. Often when a show is put on sale, only broad details are available for things like production, sightlines, and sizing of different stage elements. As we approach a show and details become clearer, we are occasionally able to offer seats for sale which we previously believed to be obstructed or unsellable.
How do I read my ticket to get the important event information?
Where is Will Call located to pick up the tickets that were left for me?
Patrons who have tickets being held at Will Call may pick up their tickets any time during box office hours unless specific instructions were stated at the time of purchase. The Will Call is located at the Box Office (Gate 4). Valid photo ID. is required in order to pick up tickets.
At what age do I need to purchase my child an event ticket?
Generally, children 24 months and younger are admitted free of charge for family events as long as they are sitting on a lap unless otherwise stated. For all other performances, all patrons require a ticket.
