Contest Rules
- Once chosen, the winner has 24 hours to accept the offer.
- All participants must be 18 years or older or must be accompanied by an adult to claim any prizes.
- The winner is responsible for transportation to and from to claim the prize.
- The winner must have a valid photo I.D. to claim prizes.
- Employees of Leon’s Centre and Savor Catering are not eligible to win.
- No purchase is necessary to win.
- Purchases will not increase your odds of winning.
- The Winner is RANDOMLY chosen by members of the Leon’s Center staff.
- Any participants who use foul language or vulgarity will have their entries deleted and disqualified from the contest.
- Beware of Spam accounts, they can spread by clicking unsafe links or installing malicious software. Scammers can sometimes gain access to people’s Facebook accounts, which are then used to send spam.
- Leon’s Centre is not responsible for those accounts that are affected as a result of interacting with an unauthorized profile.
- Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted, or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Contest Providers.
- The Leon’s Centre (Managed by ASM Global and owned by the City of Kingston) is not responsible for any injury/incident that occurs as a result of winning the prize.
- Meta® (Facebook & Instagram) is in no way responsible or involved in the contest process.
- The Contest Providers reserve the right, in its and their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a Prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason.
